At the end of 2020, ECC Leiden was completely renovated and restyled, with all areas upgraded with an industrial look & feel. Also in 2021 and 2022, nice innovative hotspots have been added, such as The Pool, The Terrace, The Canteen and The Classroom. With this result, we give our guests a total experience for all kinds of meetings where enjoyment and inspiration are part of our basics. That is our formula for meetings 2.0. Together with the healthy food concepts of catering by Dames Dietz, ECC Leiden offers a surprising location for your meeting or event.
Book one of our cozy Studios, The Office or the workplaces at The Bar if you want to work away from home or office. For meetings, we have our trendy meeting rooms available or a combination of these. And if you are looking for a hybrid meeting option, that is also possible: a physical meeting combined with an online environment where we provide everything you need. With 15 modern meeting rooms you can organize meetings for 2 to 300 people. Your own Nespresso machine is available in each room and you can lounge in the cozy sitting area. Our spacious, central lounge is of course also at your disposal for a break or cappuccino. Enough space to stretch your legs during the break. Or check the terrace for a spot in the sun or in our Greenhouse.
Our location is easily accessible by public transport, conveniently located for the A44 and A4 motorways and offers 250 parking spaces.

From a reception to product presentation or live stream, we have the right hotspots for it. We also offer an attractive bar and a cozy terrace with a Greenhouse where you can also enjoy less beautiful weather.
At ECC Leiden we offer five creative spaces. For example, we have the auditorium The Classroom, The Pool with meetings at the bottom of a former swimming pool, meetings and lunches among the greenery in The Greenhouse, a drink at The Bar and soaking up the sun’s rays with a drink on The terrace.
