Corporate parties
For corporate parties and events up to 1000 people, we offer The Hall, a 2700 m² space with its own entrance right next to our location. The Hall is ideal for business meetings such as conferences, exams, corporate parties and presentations. The space can be furnished and decorated entirely according to your wishes.
Rental is possible from Monday to Friday, depending on availability and the occupancy rate of our other meeting rooms. The Hall is not rented for public purposes such as trade fairs or music events.
Reservations are only possible by appointment. Contact our Meeting Specialist to discuss the possibilities!
Availability: The Hall will be available again from January 2025.
Conferences
The Hall is the perfect location for conferences! In addition to a private entrance, there are 2 spacious lobbies (300 and 223 m²) with 2 adjoining boardrooms (each 25 m²) before you enter the main room (1775 m²). This space is specially designed to meet the needs of business meetings and offers sufficient space for conferences up to 1000 people. In addition, our 250 free parking spaces are located directly in front of the entrance. Our multifunctional hall is fully adaptable to your specific wishes, with various options for the layout and decoration. The Hall offers the flexibility and professional ambiance you need to make your conference a success. In addition to 2 permanent bar units, The Hall also offers a spacious, multifunctional vide (431 m²) for VIP receptions, as a relaxation area or extra space for various purposes. The spacious toilet groups on the ground floor and cloakroom facilities in one of the two lobbies make this location independent and complete.

Location
The Hall of ECC Leiden has its own entrance next to the main entrance of ECC Leiden.
Directions
The Hall is easily accessible from Schiphol, Amsterdam and The Hague due to its location on the A44. Our location is also easily accessible by public transport (from CS Leiden in 10 minutes). The Hall is located opposite the business district of Leiden (Leiden Bio Science Park) and offers 250 private parking spaces.
Accessibility
With the exception of the mezzanine, The Hall is entirely on one level and easily accessible for the disabled. We also provide a disabled toilet. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide anything.
