ECC Leiden is the most creative meeting, event and conference location in the region with over 5 000 m² of space! All rooms offer a surprising interior with an eye for detail, combining warm industrial style with urban jungle accents. Most rooms are suitable for various layouts, from a U-shape to, for example, a conference or cabaret setup. We also have innovative hotspots at our location if you want to gather in a way that is just a little different, such as The Pool, The Terrace, The Canteen and The Classroom.
We love providing our guests with a total experience during all types of gatherings, where enjoyment and inspiration take center stage. A place where you feel at home thanks to atmosphere, decor, and service. That is our formula for meetings 2.0. Together with the trendy and healthy food concepts from catering company Dames Dietz, ECC Leiden offers a surprising location for your meeting.
All rooms are located on the ground floor and offer the perfect environment for a successful meeting. In addition, we offer the excellent service of our meeting hosts who are at your service all day long for questions, extras and changes. Simply reachable by phone or via the app and always nearby. If you combine The Imperial and The Square, they together meassure 360 m². Ideal for medium-sized conferences or a cabaret setup. An exam setup is also possible. Naturally decorated in our characteristic living room style with rugs, plants and a comfortable lounge area with a Nespresso machine.

The Imperial measures 152 m² and can be used for various meetings and set-ups. In combination with The Square, this room is even suitable for 300 people in theater style. A wonderful spacious room, directly adjacent to the heart of our location: the central lounge.

The Square measures 213 m² and is our largest meeting room. Ideal for medium-sized meetings, presentations and events. Together with The Imperial, we can place 300 people here in theater set-up. So plenty of space, also for lounging in your own comfortable seating area with Nespresso coffee.

The Edge and The Cube are together 192m² in size and separated by a partition that can also be slid open. The rooms have Mediterranean colors and a cozy lounge corner for a warm, homely tone during your meeting. In addition, the rooms are decorated with trendy plants and rugs for an ‘urban jungle’ feeling for relaxing or brainstorming on a different level. These rooms have indirect daylight.

Feel welcome in The Cube! With it’s large windows and (in)direct daylight, this is a nice, spacious room of 96 m². The Mediterranean colors and cozy lounge area provide a warm, homely tone during your meeting.

The Edge (96 m²) offers a pleasant environment for your meeting or event. With large windows and lots of indirect daylight, you feel comfortable here all day long. The attractive lounge area and warm colors certainly contribute to this experience!

The Spot is a spacious, pleasant room of 85 m² and offers its own lounge area with coffee corner at the back of the room. This room does not have daylight, but it is nicely set up so you won’t miss a thing. The Spot has 2 entrances.

With 53 m², The Space is large enough for a smaller group while you really have all the space. Choose the setup that suits you! Including lounge area and coffee corner and direct daylight. The space to be!

The Cabin, with 53 m² of space, is spacious enough for a smaller group. Choose the setup that suits you best! It includes a lounge area, coffee corner, and plenty of natural daylight. Plus, a 98-inch 4K smart TV for crystal-clear presentations.

With 63 m² space, an excellently maintained space for smaller groups with direct daylight, lounge area and of course that nice Nespresso machine. Fully equipped!

Meeting room The Loft is our showpiece :),. A wonderful, spacious room that is suitable for various setups. Soft green tones on the wall and cozy furnishings with rugs, dried flowers and plants for a touch of boho feeling. This space offers you comfort and a home feeling! Right around the corner you will find our Canteen with delicacies.
Fixed set-up: 6 persons
The Studios are 4 compact and identical rooms of 25 m² each, with direct daylight and a fixed oval table. A wonderful workplace for yourself or with a maximum of 6 people, including a fixed whiteboard with flipchart and of course a Nespresso machine. Beautiful lighting and trendy plants complete these functional studios!

Let’s dive in! The Pool is approximately 350 m² and in this creative hotspot you will feel like a fish in water for your meeting, pool party, brainstorming session, drink or wedding. Cheers! The Bar is the beating heart of our meeting location. A very beautiful hotspot, inspired by the industrial style of the entire building, but in a warm, contemporary setting.. Here you can enjoy a pleasant afternoon break after your meeting, but you can also enjoy a (Christmas) drink with colleagues or other happenings. And all of that under the watchful eye of ‘Willem van Oranje’ on the wall, a real eye-catcher ;).

The Greenhouse is situated on our spacious terrace and is a comfortable greenhouse furnished with vintage furniture, many plants, heaters, a fireplace, and a relaxed atmosphere. It is ideal for a break, drinks, a reception, or for enjoying lunch during a meeting day. It is also photogenic for a photoshoot or reportage. In combination with our terrace, we can welcome festive gatherings of up to approximately 60 people here.

One is never too old to learn ;). Our Classroom offers a fixed auditorium with seats in front for 32 people. For smaller groups, part of the chairs can be folded down so that a writing table is created next to the seat. The Classroom is also at your best for a reception, film presentation, seminar or workshop. This hip, inspiring environment offers everything you need!

Welcome to our lovely terrace! The ideal place for a delicious refreshing drink and a chat with colleagues after a long meeting. With a unique container bar, comfortable lounge seats and a beachy look, we have brought a piece of Ibiza to Leiden! Is the weather not cooperating? Then you can go inside to The Bar or The Greenhouse.

The Hall is a spacious room of 1775 m² which is suitable for conferences, exams, company parties and presentations. A space that can be decorated and furnished as desired. Rental is based on availability and taking into account the occupancy rate of our other meeting rooms. This space is NOT for rental for any public purposes such as fairs, music events, etc.
The Hall can only be reserved by appointment, contact us for the options.
At ECC Leiden you can use our WiFi network for free. All meeting rooms are equipped with climate control and a beamer with screen. The latest audiovisual equipment can be added at at surcharge. The interior is industrial with a cozy touch! Of course you are very welcome in our spacious lounge where you can get a nice cappuccino or latte (and Clipper tea!). What about parking? In front of our venue we offer our own parking lot (paid).
Upon arrival, during the meeting or afterwards; eating and drinking are important to feel welcome as a guest, to relax in between and to socialize informally with each other. These moments will of course receive our special attention and the possibilities are numerous, and always in consultation with the client.
Dames Dietz is our regular caterer from Oegstgeest and are just as flexible as we are. Small changes can even be communicated up to a day before the start of an event. The delicious, healthy and home-made products are all included in our meeting packages; an experience during your meeting that you will definitely come back for!
