Absolutely! You can choose between our cozy bar or our greenhouse, both modernly decorated with Christmas decorations. The Greenhouse accommodates up to 15-20 people, and our bar up to 70. We’re happy to provide snacks and drinks, but all reservations are required.

Yes, it is! We’re not your typical meeting venue and offer many photogenic and unique hotspots at our location, perfect for creating a playful environment and backdrop. Whether you’re launching a product, need a new profile picture, or planning a team shoot, contact us and we’ll explore the possibilities together.

Absolutely! At ECC Leiden, you can have a meeting at the bottom of a swimming pool—a unique experience in an inspiring setting! Our pool is also the perfect location for a workshop, brainstorming session or reception.

At ECC Leiden, we can record and produce live streamsg, online events, talk shows, podcasts, webinars, and online courses. We collaborate with the professionals at BeeldR, so you get a complete package. Ask about the possibilities!

Our Classroom offers a small auditorium for 32 people for meetings where peace, space, and creativity are desired. Everything is designed to convey your message effectively in this inspiring space. Suitable for seminars, workshops, receptions, (film) presentations, or refresher courses.

With 20 modern meeting rooms and other spaces, we can accommodate gatherings from 2 to 300 people, and even up to 1000 in our adjacent Hall.

Yes, we also provide catering during your meeting or event at our location ECC Leiden, in collaboration with caterer Dames Dietz. From lunch to dinner, everything is tailor-made to your needs. You can find more information about this on our catering page.

We can host events for up to 300 people in our meeting rooms and/or creative hotspots. Larger events for up to 1000 people can be held in our adjacent Hall.

Of course! We can also host multi-day meetings, training sessions, or events at our Leiden location. If you require overnight accommodation, we’re happy to refer you to one of the hotels in the immediate vicinity. Feel free to inquire about the possibilities for your multi-day meeting.

Absolutely! You can rent a meeting room or inspiring hotspot for 2, 10, 30, 50, 100, or even 300 people. For a larger event up to 1000 people, The Hall is also available. Check out our options or call us for more information.

Absolutely! In fact, all our meeting rooms and spaces are uniquely atmospheric and stylishly designed, unlike most (standard) meeting rooms. But if you’re looking for a truly inspiring meeting room, choose one of our hotspots, such as The Classroom, The Pool, The Greenhouse, The Bar, or The Terrace.
